Seajoy: Our Commitment to People

At Seajoy Group, we reaffirm our commitment to respecting and protecting the Human Rights and fundamental labor rights of our entire team, contractors, and suppliers.

 

Our policy is based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the fundamental ILO conventions ratified by Honduras, guaranteeing, among others: freedom of association and collective bargaining, the eradication of forced and child labor, and the elimination of all forms of workplace discrimination.

We have clear and confidential grievance mechanisms (ethics hotline, suggestion boxes, secure line, and HR) so that anyone can report a potential violation, backed by a due process that guarantees the right to defense.

 

Annually, our management and leadership teams renew their commitment by signing the "Declaration of Respect for Fundamental Labor Rights," reaffirming a culture of respect at all levels of the organization.
